    I am going to try to get the splits in 1 week with these stretches. Day 1:I got really close,I am about an inch from the ground Day 2: I was super close like maybe half an inch.     DONT DO THIS!!!! Hi I used to be in ballet class but I’m currently only in dance class but we often do ballet too. And never in my life was it a good idea to get the splits in one day. Everybody’s body has different flexibility, but please do not try the splits in just one day! Do the following exercises everyday, but never get into a real split position or you WILL BUST A MUSCLE. Again everybody’s bodies are different and some people may have been able to do it in one day, but it’s unlikely and I just really advise you take it slow!!

    Imma update u all Day 1(today,16.1.24): Idk if I measured it right but in the right leg I have 20cm left and left leg 30cm. Btw I measured it while doing it so it can be a bit wrong but it's more or less that. The last ex rly helped I never saw it anywhere before I feel like imma get a bit more stretched especially on the left leg which is the one that hurts more. Currently I feel like my right leg is better. I still think I need like a week of doing these everyday but let's see. I'll updt tommorow,like so I don't forget pls Day 2(17.1) I had 18cm left on the right leg and 29cm on the left leg.(counting from the back of the knee to the ground), if not it would be 10cm more in each leg. When I started today I thought I was less flexible than yesterday. But turns out I wasn't. Before the stretches,today,I couldn't get my right leg straight on the split(I tried with the last exercise split attempt), so if I folded it a bit. But now I can straighten it(right leg) I'm writing this a day after that's why I'm using the past. Cya after late today or tommorow bye Ps: in day 1 I lost my balance many times in a specific exercise and in day 2 I didn't that much. Day 3:18.1.24 So today In the right leg my sis measured it,also from the backo of the knee from the ground and it went from 18cm to 11cm! Ike whatt I didn't even know its possible plus I don't think she measured it right. On the left leg there's 22/23cm left and yesterday it was 29cm idk how this happened like it was 7cm Less than yesterday in each leg. Guys try it it rly works,I'm doing this cuz I have a gymnastics evaluation on the end of January and I need to be flexible and also do the splits Day 4(19.1.24) So today in my left leg I have 21/22cm left and in the right leg I have 10cm left. Idk if my parents measured it wrong or if I did in the first day but it's a bit weird to have 7cm less in each leg in a day but yeah. Hopefully I can do the splits in at least one leg cuz next week is the evaluation (or in 2 weeks) and I don't know how to do much so I wanna do the splits at least, also bc the splits make me more flexible:) Cya tommorow Day 5. 20.1 So today In my right leg idk why but I got more inflexible. It was 10cm left yesterday and today 12cm. Idk if the position changed a little,if my leg was more in the front or back but I'm kinda concerned.. Meanwhile,the left leg went from 21cm to 11cm which Is kinda strange. I don't think that's possible. Well maybe cuz today I could finally bend my left leg and Yesterday I couldn't. Well day 3 was the best. I Hope tommorow I can have like More 7cm left again lol. Its kinda weird that both my legs have almost the same cm left but yeah I'm so Happy Day I was 20 and 30cm left and now It Is 12 and 11! PLS pray for me so that I can get my splits before Next week so I can practice to do splits without then hurting. Bye cya tommorow! Day 6 21.1.24 So actually my left leg I didn't lose 10cm. I thought my back leg was straightened but it wasn't so that's why my left leg could be straightened in the front. With the back leg straightened,I can't straighten my left leg in the front like my right leg. But still I think I improved. Let's see how many cm left! Ps i forgot to say the measurements Yesterday but I think It was like 21cm on the left leg and 10,11 on the right leg.still didnt improve much Day 7 22.1.24 So today still I haven't improved. 11.5cm on right leg and left leg 20cm. I think I got worse on right leg or maybe not. It depends on the position, if the leg is too far away from the other or if it's close,etc. ik no one is reading this but if u are TYSM and pls continue reading and reply or give a like so ik u read it! Wish me luck, evaluation idk if it's tomorrow or next week... And I can only do a airplane, half cartwheel, Front bearing i cant do well but Ik how to do. Then nothing more... But I can manage to do the Round(cartwheel with both feet Landed) If I can do a well done cartwheel. Then i can do the splits or bridge but i rly wanna do the splits cuz everytime i do the bridge my back hurts.cya tommorow wish me luck bye Day 8 23.1.24 i got 18/19cm on the left leg and 9 on the right leg. I tried the splits with pillows thats why I got a lil better. Highly recommend it! Day 9 24.1.24 So today I have 18cm on the left leg and 10? On the right leg idk how but yea Day 10 25.1.24 18cm left on left leg and 8cm on right leg Day 11 26.1.24 7cm left on right leg and 16cm left on left leg. I really hope I can do it by Tuesday. If I lose 1 or 2cm a day I will,hopefully! Idk if its me on Tuesday cuz it's alphabetical order.. I'm number 26 but yeah hope I only do it Thursday so I have 2 more days to practice.cya tommorow idk no one is reading this😢 Day 12 27.1.24 Left leg -15cm Right leg-6.5/7cm Hope I can have at least 3cm left on Monday or tuesday Day 13 28.1.24 Right leg is still 7 cm😢 Left leg is 10cm..I think it's wrong tho.. the back leg(right) isn't well straightened so idk if it counts but 10cm left is my max with the left leg straightened and right leg not 100% straightened at the back. Still, 13 days-right leg from 20 to 7cm and left leg from 30 to 10 is a massive improvement! Im so happy! I'll probably not be able to do splits until Tuesday tho:( but it's fine at least I improved,maybe if the evaluation is on Thursday I'll be able to do it. Evaluation was supposed to be yesterday but I didn't do it cuz there's like 18 girls so yeah I'm probably gonna do it tomorrow but I'm not gonna do the splits. There's 10 and 7 cm left so I'll just do the bridge which I also can't do well but yeah I rly wanted to do the splits and ik I said after the evaluation I would continue doing it but yeah let's see...it's still 3pm tho I always do it at 7 so if I do it I'll tell u and it'll be day 17 cuz from 17 to 22 I didn't do it so it didn't count Day (24) 8.2.24 i didnt do it idk remenber why but yeah i kinda gave up Day (25) 9.2.24 so today idk if ill do it.. i still didnt do the evaluation 🎉🎉 I'll do it probably on thursday or next Tuesday not this next week cuz now its carnival holidays and we get back on thursday so i have 6 days to practice but i dont think i can do it in 6 days but ill try it today at 7, in an hour! Idk if i got worse since I haven't practiced for like almost 10 days but yeaa It'll be day 17 if i do it obv not in a row but yeah i still did 16 days in a row which is awesome❤cya later if I have the feeling to do it. Im on my period so I hope I'm more flexible today😊 Guys I'm so sorry, I was doing karaoke with my sister and I completely forgot about it and then I was in a call with my friends and then went to my phone just chilling and forgot and now it's 8pm imma have dinner I'm so sorry I can't do it after dinner cuz I'll throw up but yeah I'll do it tomorrow if I don't forget! Again I'm sry Day (26) 10.2.24Sorry! I said I was gonna do it yesterday,cuz I'm writing this on the 11th but I was with my grandpa and great aunt. Today idk if I'll go to their house but yeah if I don't I'll try to do it cuz I didn't do it in 11 days so I don't have motivation lolz but yeah I'll update y'all,hope I'm not less flexible cuz I haven't been stretching in 11 days Day (28) but today is the 17th day stretching! I did it! 11.2.24 I went to the hospital in the morning cuz I had something on my cheek but I could still do this. at night! It’s now 7,58pm! So it’s is a sign don’t give up! 7cm on right leg and 8!? On left leg! Probs cuz the left leg didn’t fold that much idk or maybe cuz I put a pillow under the party of the leg that I’m measuring and I didn’t do it on the right leg but yeah I’m happy! Glad it didn’t get worse bc I didn’t stretch in 11 days! I mean obv moved my leg and did like arm swings some days but that wasn’t a proper leg workout! Cya tomorrow idk if I’ll do it tomorrow cuz I’ll be heading over to my grandpas house at 7! Also before this workout I did two 5 min workouts that my sis does so it prob helped as well!
